ActorHub.ai ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a technology platform that provides:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ActorHub.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

3. User Accounts

• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• •You may not use another person's identity without explicit authorization
• •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Identity Registration

When registering your identity on our platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• •You have the legal right to register the identity being submitted
• •The identity is your own, or you have explicit written consent from the identity owner
• •All information and media provided is accurate and authentic
• •You understand that registration provides protection tools, not absolute guarantees

5. Marketplace and Licensing

• •Creators (sellers) receive 85% of licensing fees; the platform retains 15%
• •Payouts are subject to a 7-day holding period after transaction completion
• •All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor (PayMe)
• •License purchases require creator approval before payment is captured
• •Creators are responsible for setting accurate content permissions
• •Licensees must use content only as described in their approved request

6. Platform Role and Disclaimer

The Platform provides tools and services to facilitate identity protection and licensing. Users acknowledge that no technical solution can provide absolute protection against all forms of misuse.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• •Create deepfakes or synthetic media without proper licensing
• •Harass, defame, or impersonate others
• •Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• •Violate intellectual property or publicity rights
• •Create content beyond the scope of your license agreement
• •Attempt to circumvent our security or protection measures

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• •ActorHub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• •We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your identity by third parties despite our protection measures
• •We are not liable for content created by licensees using licensed identities

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ActorHub.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your use of our services
• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Content you create using licensed identities

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to:

• •Waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
• •Resolve disputes on an individual basis only
• •Submit to arbitration in the jurisdiction where ActorHub.ai is registered

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
